Michael Kellitt

Michael is a Senior Consultant with 15+ years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. As part of the Interval leadership team, he plays a key role in identifying client synergies that align with our core services in the IT sector. He has advised some of the most innovative GTM and multinational firms in EMEA, specialising in headcount strategy and contingent workforce planning.

Michael holds accreditations in PRINCE2 Project Management and CIPD Employment Law, reinforcing his expertise in strategic workforce solutions. He thrives on collaboration with diverse, international teams and brings a global perspective, having spent a decade as an expat in Munich before settling in Cambridge, England.

Beyond his professional role, Michael is an active NHS volunteer. While his free time is largely dedicated to family activities, he also enjoys playing squash, chess, and jogging.
